Newborn Hospital Photography Orange County
I absolutely love doing newborn hospital photography in Orange County. Parents are so excited about there little one arriving and you know they really want to capture every little detail because they hired a professional newborn photographer to document their precious newborn’s first couple of days…sometimes hours.
Before Baby Emrie arrived I photographed her parent’s beach maternity session at a local Orange County beach near their home. Dad’s a surfer and frequents the waves quite often. He even went surfing directly after their maternity session was over.
Baby Emrie’s dad contacted me the night they went into labor. We set up a time for me to come to the hospital within 48 hours of delivery. Believe it or not Baby Emrie was born on the same day as my son who was born 7 years prior. I came to the hospital early in the morning there was a nurse in the room checking up on things. Mama looked beautiful and so happy to be a mom.
Both parents were so adorable the way they were so concerned about Baby Emrie crying when a nurse came in to get some blood samples for her newborn tests. Emrie didn’t like the needle prick on her foot much at all. I don’t blame her at all. She loved being held by either dad or mom and seemed most content that way.
I love the connection that I captured of this new family. You can see the love they have for Baby Emrie is strong. Isn’t it amazing how one little being can and does change everything?
