Baby Parker was born on the same day as my 7 year old son. Actually she was also born the same day as one of my other client’s baby…Emrie too. What are the odds?

When Baby Parker’s mom contacted me about shooting her newborn’s Fresh 48 session I was really excited about it. She was also very excited to document her newborn’s arrival. It was very important for her to have images of her oldest, almost 3 year old daughter Morgan meeting Baby Parker for the very first time! I did not want to disappoint Baby Parker’s mom. So we were in contact via text coordinating the time of my arrival and the time of Morgan’s arrival with her daddy.
I was to arrive first and setup then she would have her daughter and husband enter the room. I will NEVER forget Morgan’s first word when she walked in. She first pointed at Baby Parker and said, “Who dat?” OMG! Is that adorable or what? I can’t believe I have a job like this. Documenting the first time two siblings meet is so special and only happens once and I was there for this moment! Now mom will have these memories forever.
This session was taken at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, Ca. That hospital is so beautiful and the views from the windows are amazing.
